What are some of the pain points managing your community that technology could solve?

As a community manager, what are the things you do every day that you think technology could help you with but it’s not?

Some basic examples can be:

  • Automatically grouping/tagging content
  • Reminding you to follow up with new members or taking different actions.
  • Showing the content quality of members and asking them to improve it if it’s not good enough.
