Not sure I have the community lingo down yet but I’m interested in hearing from anyone that has taken a brand community and turned that into more of an industry community?
One of my favourite examples of a brand community that’s primarily a community of interest these days is Element14 by @dkibbey .
Just reminded yesterday how rare and how powerful it is to have a community which has become so critical in its sector and can leverage its brand relationships/assets so well.
