I was thinking about this in our own work and how we engage people in the community. Typically we create a long form piece of content like the ROI project, Strategy doc, or our Superuser work and then towards the end we 'battle test' it with you.
By this point, most of the decisions have been made and we're simply getting feedback on style, checking understanding, etc...
I interested though in the idea of bringing people in at the very early stages of the project. As we're defining the scope of the project and key actions of it.
Very keen if anyone does this / has any thoughts on it.
