I thought this post by Nick Milton was worth a quick read. It’s the outcome of an (old) survey detailing what metrics people use to value their KM program.

@Nancy_Kinder and I are just about to work on an internal project here to improve some of our KM. We’ve had things scattered throughout dropbox, Trello, salesforce, slack, email, and GDrive now.
The primary goal is to speed up the time we spend searching around for information. The secondary goal is to improve the quality of everything we do.
Curious to get anyone else’s take on this. @Bardha etc…
