Need insights on the benchmarks for brand communities - growth, active members (login), and engagement (members who participate in the community)

Hey. We are currently building an online community of our existing members in the travel sector. I’m trying to find out some stats / metrics and benchmarks of good online communities that are brand-led (at least initially).
Need to know how these metrics change as the community grows.
For example the amount of user generated content on the community in the first three months could be a 50:50 ratio which eventually needs to go in the 80:20 or 90:10 when we have highly engaged users. Can someone share what benchmarks they followed by phases of growth
