Looking for feedback on how to benchmark for early growth of community

Hello! I manage a customer success community in the Saas sector. We are currently about 8 months post-launch of the forum, and 3 months into actively working to track metrics and acquire members. We have a total of about 15,700 customers who have accounts with us. I’m looking for any recommended resources on benchmarking and establishing growth targets. I would also be so appreciative if anyone managing a similar community/working with a similar size base would be willing to share any of their past numbers or process for determining metrics!

Any use cases on how you have used this model and tailored it to your community would be great as well!
