Identifying 3 different characters before the platform goes live

Part of the revenue forecasting for my new community, is that I have to create 3 different types of members and how they would journey through the site hence get a better sense of the revenue. It will be free to read posts from other members and guest experts but there are some add ons that members can buy and/or they can opt for a flat fee membership to access all. If anyone can point me in the right direction or has a similar experience they can share that would be greatly helpful. I find making up potential types of members a challenge and not sure I am being thorough enough.
