One of the things that I find the most difficult about managing a community is really empathising with a new member. What path do they travel? How do they feel? What is the barrier to making the first post.
Anyone that is keen could put their community on a list, and then sign up anonymously to another one on the list and give feedback on the signup experience, the onboarding experience, the welcome etc.
I could put together a simple framework to make it easy.
Would anyone find that valuable?
