As your community grows, this comes with some new challenges in managing difficult community members and negative feedback. It’s how you respond to these situations that will determine if your community continues to grow or turns into a ghost town.

While there’s no cut and dry answer that will work in every single difficult situation, you can use a combination of community personas and root-cause-analysis (also known as The 5 Whys) to better handle difficult scenarios. Here’s a template for identifying and managing the seven distinct persona types you may encounter in your community.
