As a community platform provider, recently, we got a request from a few of our customers for content sentiment analysis as well as deeper content analysis in the community manager dashboard.

They want to understand what’s the overall member attitude around a particular topic or in a certain group.

Has anyone here done such analysis on their content? Was it helpful? What was the result and what action items were taken?
