Engagement during pandemic

Hi everyone. I manage a closed, internal community of freelancers who provide services for the company I work for.

I felt that during the pandemic our engagement dropped a lot, especially after July/July 2020.

Are you experiencing any challenges regarding the pandemic?

There’s another thread from a few months ago about how COVID has impacted your community. I shared our experience there. The engagement also dropped especially during the lockdown but others experienced a spike. I guess it very much depends on the topic of the community.
