we are open to any suggestions. Reviewed InSided - I don’t like their analytics/stats. In comparison, with Lithium, this feature looks very poor.
Here, you use Discourse. What stats do you have at your back end (admin part)?

I don’t tend to look at the activity stats much :slight_smile:

It might be really useful to know what the goals of your community are? What’s the objectives for it?

Thanks. We own the B2B community for our (SmartBear) clients. It’s mostly a support community.
We measure various metrics:

  • basic: #new members, #topics, #posts
  • activity: #topics answers <=24 hrs, AVG length of one topic, #members in one topic
  • gamification: #likes (Kudos in our cases) a member got, #solutions.
