Do you know of any general statistics that are available the use of communities for employees?
We get how to measure communities, but because we are just getting started, we lack the concrete stats and stories that will help us get a foot in the door with stakeholders. Our evidence of how communities can impact business is anecdotal and lacks credibility.
Here’s an example: 60% of companies surveyed found that communities helped to increase efficiency; or on average communities were found to help sales team boost revenue by 30%. Something along those lines.
