Anyone running a Loyalty Program?


I work in telecom industry and I learnt from speaking with more than 100 users that loyalty is hard earned in this space. If our call quality fluctuates because of an uncontrollable natural occurrence like rains or if the users can find a competitor whose call quality is lower than us but so are the prices, the users can be seen waddling away in no time. To combat this problem I thought why not launch a loyalty program. So

  1. Do you think a loyalty program is a viable solution to handle this concern?
  2. Is there anyone who is running a loyalty program? Can you share the reason why you started it, objective and KPIs for it
