A Sense of Community

I found this amazing article in Moz published three years ago while I was doing some research on building tribal identity (things like defining boundaries and shared experiences) and, lo and behold, this was written by none other than Richard! It’s a piece that I think will always resonate and his opening paragraph is still a useful reminder that even though all of our community platforms are using newer technology, they’re still not very good at building emotive experiences. That’s on us, as community managers and community organizers, to spark those connections.

It’s a worthwhile read.
