I seem to joining these threads at the back of the week for some reason, must pay more attention to how I start my weeks - especially as this is a short week for me here!
Our project is still going on here to migrate content from our other customer facing website - we’re sun-setting it as at the minute people need to go to one of two places to get information and it’s now all going to be under one rook - the community.
I got way-laid in my mission to revisit where my CTAs are, where they should be, could be and what they should/could say so have been giving that some thought this week, next week is more likely though. This was fuelled a little by @richard_millington’s recent post about Drop offs and cohort analysis and the great linked video talk.
Try and get close to done with my slides for our two main customer community events later in the year.

Generally I do this for those that I see posting in the forum area but I’m going to start reaching out this week to people who I don’t necessarily see in there and how probably lurk and consume some of our other areas.
